Calling all 7th and 8th graders! This year we are starting a Middle School Color Guard! Color Guard is a performing art where we combine dance and flag movements to accompany the marching band. We will be holding tryouts on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 2nd and 3rd from 5-6:30 in the East Middle School auditorium. Tuesday will involve teaching a routine, and Wednesday will be the official tryouts. If you are selected, practices will be on Tuesdays from 5-6:30 in the same location. This is open to all three middle schools, but students will need their own transport to practices. You will need to have an updated physical and complete the athletic forms on Powerschool in order to perform.
